All returns are accepted for store credit only.
Your return must be initiated and mailed out within 14 days (of receiving your package).
All items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. Please try on all clothing with care, any items with stains or odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns under any circumstances for bodysuits. These items as well as gift cards, final sale collection, jewelry, accessories (including all hair), and swim items are final sale.
U.S. returns will be subject to a return label shipping fee (calculated in the return portal). Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
U.S. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Once your return has been created, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any USPS location. Once the label has been created, you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local mail carrier in order to receive store credit. After 14 days, the return label will expire.
Domestic returns will be subject to a return label shipping fee (calculated in the return portal). Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
We cannot accept returns using your own return method or carrier. All U.S. returns must use the provided return shipping labels via our return portal.
Once your return has been received, please allow 7-30 business days for your return to be processed.
Please make sure your return is in the exact same condition as it was received in.
